SPG Lifter Aidan Secures Junior Scottish Bench Record

Huge congratulations to SPG lifter Aidan at the bench championships. Aidan secured 1st place, set a new junior Scottish bench record, and was named best lifter. He completed all three lifts: 180kg (record), 175kg second, and 170kg opener. This achievement is 30kg more than his previous competition bench less than a year ago.


Aidan also just turned 19 (+1 age PB).

Weight class 93kg

Bodyweight on the day 91.7kg
